Rooms and Facilities

All our seminar rooms are located in the Palais Strozzi, a listed 19th century Palais with Baroque core. The high window fronts and light parquet flooring create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for guests. All rooms provide modern furniture and technical equipment and offer barrier-free access.

Lecture Room

• Capacity: 30 -100 people
• Size: 120 m²
• Set-up options: cinema, carré, U-shape, classroom, block
• Technical equipment: WLAN, beamer with VGA- and HDMI connection, projection screen, notebook, audio system (with up to 2 gooseneck microphones, up to 2 wireless hand microphones and up to six wireless lavalier microphones), lectern, flip-chart, poster stands
• Foyer: located outside of the lecture room, offers sufficient catering space for guests (10 high-standing tables with white covers and tables for catering are available)

Seminar Room E05

• Capacity: 15-20 people
• Size: 43 m²
• Set-up options: cinema, carré, U-shape, classroom, block
• Technical equipment: WLAN, mobile beamer with VGA- and HDMI connection, projection screen, notebook, flip-chart, poster stands

Seminar Room 101

• Capacity: 18-30 people
• Size: 54 m²
• Set-up options: cinema, carré, U-shape, classroom, block
• Technical equipment: WLAN, beamer with VGA- and HDMI connection, projection screen, notebook, flip-chart, poster stands, chalk board

Seminar Room 255

• Capacity: 16-20 people
• Size: 39 m²
• Set-up options: U-shape, block
• Technical equipment: WLAN, mobile beamer with VGA- and HDMI connection, notebook, flip-chart, poster stands

Cafeteria

• Size: Kitchen (18.5 m²) and 3 dining rooms (21.6 m², 21.9 m² und  27.8 m²)
• Capacity of total dining area: max. 49 people (each single room provides room to 12-19 people)
• Kitchen equipment: electrical hot air oven, bain-marie (water-bath) with six units, ceramic hob with four hot plates, two dishwashers, fridge/freezer/beverage center; no microwave!
