Julia Radlherr receives AK Science Prize 2024

IHS researcher Julia Radlherr has been awarded the AK Science Prize 2024 by the Upper Austrian Chamber of Labour for her master's thesis ‘Formalising Unpaid and Unrecognised Care: Experiences of Caregivers and Arising Implications in Austria’.

The award is granted annually by an independent advisory board to young scientists from all over Austria, with this year's topic being ‘Democracy in the world of work - a path to fair labour?’ This is the second time that Julia Radlherr's thesis has been honoured, following the efas Young Scientist Award from HTW Berlin.
