Josipa Cvitic joined the Competence Center Survey Research as Staff Scientist in January 2025. She holds a background in Political Science, completing her Bachelor’s at the University of Vienna and Sciences Po Bordeaux (France) and a Master’s with a specialization in Research Methodology at the Central European University. Her professional experience includes roles as Junior Researcher at FORESIGHT Research and student assistant at the United Nations.

Her research interests focus on political participation, minorities and social inequalities. During her time at FORESIGHT Research she contributed to projects on the topics of elections, energy and communication. She primarily employs quantitative research approaches and has applied multivariate and descriptive techniques when designing and evaluating quantitative surveys across a wide range of topics in Austria. In addition, she has experience in discourse analysis.
