Christine Lietz has been employed at the IHS since 2005 and joined the Competence Center Survey Research as a Staff Scientist in January 2025. She holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Vienna and has a background in software engineering, with many years of professional experience.

Her work focuses on the development of software solutions around data visualization and data handling. In particular, she works on solutions related to the processing of large volumes of data and various data formats. She is also involved in data visualization, both for the wider public and in-house.
