Clemens Zech has been working as Staff Scientist in the research group Health Systems and Health Policy since 2023. Before joining IHS, he completed his undergraduate degree in Economics (2018) and his graduate degree in International Affairs (2022).

His work focuses on applied research in health economics, and he has recently been involved in projects on innovations in medical technology, health workforce analysis and the evaluation of health interventions. He is particularly interested in applying quantitative methods to address issues relevant to health policy in Austria.
