Senior researcher in the Macroeconomics and Economic Policy Group. Daniela Grozea-Helmenstein joined the Institute for Advanced Studies (IHS) in 1995.

Daniela Grozea-Helmenstein graduated in 1984 in Business Administration from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. In 1990 she completed a course in Marketing at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. She holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, Arizona (1994) and a Master in Economics (MA) from the New York State University/Central European University (1992). She received her doctoral degree in Economics in 1997 from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies.
