Eva joined the research group Health Systems and Health Policy in June 2024. She holds a Double Master’s Degree from the University of Antwerp and Maastricht University School of Business and Economics. Prior to that, she earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Social Sciences from the Vienna University of Economics and Business as well as a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Vienna.
Her research interests include healthcare efficiency and equity, statistical analysis, and public policy. She is particularly interested in applying both qualitative and quantitative approaches to her research. She has worked on topics such as obesity and employment, the development and remuneration process of physicians' service catalogues in European countries, taxonomy of health aspects such as a sugar tax, and the economics of end-of-life care.
