Fabian Seiser has been working as a Student Assistant at IHS since 2023 and is part of the research group Social Sustainable Transformation. He studied Egyptology and Sociology at the University of Vienna, where he also worked during several campaigns in Egypt. He is currently completing his Master's degree in Science and Technology Studies (STS) at the University of Vienna.
He is particularly interested in phenomena at the interface of memory and remembering and how these practices influence current social configurations. In addition, he has a strong interest in innovative and participatory methods of qualitative social science and experiments with different forms of games as a method of analysis as well as the impact of serious games. This is reflected in the application of appropriate methods in his work. -
