Fellows at IHS
The institute collaborates with a number of researchers across Europe, many of whom are associated as fellows.

Thomas Davoine holds a degree in Mathematics from the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (Switzerland), a Master’s in operations research from Rutgers University (USA), and a PhD in economics from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland). From 2012 to 2020, he served as a Senior Researcher at the Institute for Advanced Studies (IHS). Prior to that, he spent eight years in project management and consulting, advising international intergovernmental organizations, public sector institutions, and the banking industry. Since summer 2020, he has been a Fellow at IHS. His academic and applied research focuses on public finance, macroeconomics, and labor markets.
