Katarina Spoljaric joined the IHS in November 2022 as a research assistant in the Education and Employment group (EQUI). She holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology at the University of Vienna and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Sociology at the same institution.

Her passion lies in understanding the intricacies of a social shift aimed at fostering greater social equality, focusing on education and inequality.
