Sophie Rath has been a Student Assistant at IHS since 2024 and is part of the research group Social Sustainable Transformation. Sophie has a Master's degree in Management with a focus on systems thinking and organisational behavior and studied at WU Vienna and LUISS University in Rome. Before joining IHS, she worked as a Consultant in innovation management and supported institutions in Austria and Germany in the application of design-oriented and participatory methods.
She is interested in the intersection of behavioural sciences, systems thinking and participatory design in social innovation. Her aim is to combine these disciplines to advance evidence-based decision-making, user-centred approaches and organisational change in the public sector. With experience in qualitative research methods, design thinking and co-creation processes, she has successfully supported public and social projects. -
